Each session is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and intentions. Sessions may focus on various modalities such as restorative yoga, chair yoga, vinyasa, or a blend!

VIRTUAL REIKI ENERGY HEALING
A full reset for the mind body and spirit!
During our session I will send you distance Reiki energy healing while you lay down or sit comfortably listening to relaxing sound meditation that I will provide. Using your name, location, and an outline of a body, I will send you energy healing to the entire physical body, to each chakra, both align and read the chakras, perform a smoke cleanse over the entire physical and emotional body, and take notes on anything that comes up. Session also includes a single oracle card pull. After our session there will be an option for me to share with you anything I’ve intuitively picked up while connecting to you during our session, such as: visuals, messages, activity in the physical body, and the chakras.

VIRTUAL HOME CLEANSE
A spiritual cleanse for your sacred space!
Just like with humans, spaces like your home or business can experience blocked, or stagnant energy and require a little refresh and recharge! You will have the option to provide photos of the specific rooms you’d like to cleanse or a photo of your house/business in general.
During our session I will move, clear and cleanse your space and perform a protection ritual. I will use the photos you provide along with the location of your space to send distance energy healing. Working with crystals, cleansing smoke, Reiki, and other intuitive practices your space will feel refreshed, safe, sacred, and balanced!
Booking includes detailed email with key takeaways, recording of session, and any recommended practices based on what is learned from our session.
